Permanent Jewellery FAQ
1. What is Permanent Jewellery and How Does It Work?
Permanent jewellery is custom-fit, clasp-free jewellery that’s welded to stay on permanently. This means no clasps to worry about and a secure fit, making each piece feel like an effortless part of you. It’s a beautiful, durable option for those who want jewellery they can wear all the time, whether it’s a bracelet, anklet, necklace, or ring.
2. Can Permanent Jewellery Be Removed?
Yes, although it’s designed to be permanent, you can remove it if needed. Permanent jewellery can be carefully cut off at the weld point with scissors or wire cutters. If you’d like it re-welded, bring it back to us, and we’ll be happy to re-weld it for a fee.
3. Is Permanent Jewellery Safe for Sensitive Skin?
Absolutely! At Tiny Tatts Co in Maroochydore, we use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials like 14K gold-filled and sterling silver, which are safe and gentle for sensitive skin. These materials are tarnish-resistant and designed for comfortable, long-term wear.
4. Are There Age Restrictions for Permanent Jewellery?
Yes, we do not weld jewellery on anyone under the age of 10. For individuals under 10, we offer options with removable clasps on bracelets, necklaces, and anklets as an alternative to welded jewellery.
Yes, we most definitely can. This option is available on all of our chains, both 14k GF and Stirling silver. Don't let work or lifestyle restrictions stop you from being apart of the fun.
